Winslow Homer PERILS OF THE SEA (G. 98) Etching, 1888, on cream simili-Japan, later printing, with the anchor and fisherman's head remarques, without the publication lines (partially faintly visible), pale lightstain and matstain, darker staining inside the platemark but outside the image, some foxing and soiling, old paper and linen tape at top sheet edge near corners verso, a small spot of residue with associated staining verso, otherwise in good condition, with good margins, framed. 16 1/2 x 22 inches; 419 x 559 mm. Sheet 19 5/8 x 25 1/2 inches; 422 x 648 mm.
