Holger Drachmann ( 1846-1908) Oil on wood panel. Signed lower left HD, original frame. Very well listed, highly collectable artist. Early Ca. 1870 rare night image, only other night scene is known to come to auction. Drachmann began his artistic career as a seascape painter and later became a radical bourgeois journalist.
