Figures elegantly dressed portraying men in jackets and top hats, woman in hats and long skirts and jackets. Some figures with umbrellas to shield themselves from the sun. Children play in the sand with buckets while adults converse. Signed lower right "C.C. Cooper". Framed 18.75 inches x 22.5 inches. Unframed 12.125 inches x 16 inches.
