Oshogbo School repousse copper plaque, titled "Creation of the World," depicting a trisected flat picture plane with the creator deity gesturing forth starts and animals above mankind in the forest surrounded by a serpent over flora and fauna surrounded by swimming fish. Housed in a simple wooden frame. Title, artist, and region of origin on typed label, en verso. Sight: 38" H x 18" W. Frame: 40 3/4"H x 20" W.
