FRED PANSING (NJ, 1844-1912) - Arrival of the ocean liner 'Kronprinz Wilhelm' in New York, February 232, 1902; black and white lithograph on paper, signed in the image lower left. The great ship is entering the ice strewn harbor, two British dreadnought on right are firing salutes, one has a large sign reading "Welcome Prince Henry". In the original black frame, re-matted in black acid free mat, glazed. OS: 18 1/4" x 26 1/2", SS: 10 1/2" x 18 3/4". A few minor spots.
