Max Pechstein (1881-1955) KOPF EINES SEEMANNES (KRUGER H269) Woodcut, 1922, on wove Japan, signed with initials and dated in pencil; Together with Oskar Kokoschka MADCHEN MIT HAARMASCHE (W./W. 156), lithograph, 1922, on cream laid paper, signed in pencil, from Arno Holz zum Sechzigsten Geburtstage, Gewisdmet von Deutschen Kunstlem, old tape and glue residue at two sheet corners verso (the second with some associated staining showing through to recto), the first with some printer's ink in the margins and verso, unobtrusive creasing at bottom left corner, the second with lightstain and matstain, some rippling and handling creases, some abrasion at top sheet corners verso (some associated small loss at top right corner), two areas of discoloration in the top margin near corners, otherwise in good condition, with full margins, framed.
