Oil on copper. The Virgin of Guadalupe appears in a prayerful attitude, standing on a crescent moon supported by an angel with multicolored wings, enveloped in a golden glow of flaming rays. She wears a pink tunic with golden floral motifs and a starry blue-green mantle with gold edges, which fall in soft folds. Her expression is serene, with her gaze lowered and her hands clasped in prayer. The golden glow and ornamental richness accentuate her sacred character. The painting, signed by Nicolás Enríquez and dated Mexico City, 1762, reveals a refined technique, with meticulous brushwork and intense color. It is fully embedded in the Guadalupe tradition of viceregal art, reflecting the religious syncretism and popular devotion of New Spain. A significant work for its technical quality and spiritual strength. 31 × 25 cm.
