작품 상세
Bohdan Kopecký devoted himself to the realistic depiction of darkened industrial landscapes, and later his subjects began to be refined. Flowering plants and grasses and outcrops of the Central Bohemian Mountains came to the fore. The sky on the horizon diminishes in old pink and purple, which will be echoed in Kopecky's later work. It contrasts with Prussian blue and ultramarine, which give way to Neapolitan yellow and the symbolic tree in the foreground, which became one of the attributes of Kopecky's work at that time. Technique: Oil on canvas on cardboard, Signed: Lower right "Ko 57"
