Oil on copper glued to panel. Antique 19th century frame in carved and gilded wood. The work is attributed to Hieronymus Francken III who followed the style of his father Frans Francken the Younger (1581-1642) They collaborated on numerous works, although Hieronymus' figures are often more imposing.
