The dimensions of the panel are 10.5 x 18.9 cm and the frame measures 18.5 x 26 cm. Rubens Santoro (1859-1942) Rubens Santoro attended the art academy in Naples only for a short period of time. He travelled most parts of Italy and created numerous landscape and genre depiction. He was already successful during his lifetime and took part in exhibitions in Naples, Turin and Barcelona, where his painting ‘Verona’ was awarded the silver medal in 1911.
