Original drawing, black and red marker on paper, approx. 24 x 17 inches, n.p., n.d., of a little boy in a giant cup of chicken soup, signed ("Maurice Sendak") at bottom right corner, matted and framed, tipped to mat, else fine. A delightful drawing of one of Sendak's trademark mischievous lads immersed in a warm cup of chicken soup and exclaiming, "GOOD!" An exceptionally clean and bright example. See illustration .
