Asiru Olatunde (Nigeria, 1918-1993) repoussé aluminum panel, titled "Festival to the Goddess," depicting the preparations, ceremonies, and attendants of the festival arranged in a trisected flat picture plane. Signed to lower center margin, "Asiru Olatunde." Affixed to a red fabric background in a contemporary metal frame. Sight: 36" H x 24" W. Frame: 40 1/2" H x 28" W.
