Tempera/paper/cardboard, each 80 x 60 cm, each sign. Peiner, one dat. 61, on the reverse estate label. - Provenance: Private collection Rheinland-Pfalz. - German artist. After serving the army in WW I P. studied at the Düsseldorf academy. He was made professor at the same academy in 1933, in 1936 he became member of the Preußischen Akademie der Künste.
