Luca Madrassi (1848-1919) broze figure of a bare chested male athlete hold a branch in his right hand with leaves on the ground between his bare feet.<BR>Mounted on a square black veined marble base.<BR>SIgned L. Madrassi in the bronze as well as an attached plaque reading "Vainqeue Salon Des Beaus Arts".<BR>Height of figure 25". Overall with marble base 27 inches.
