Multicolored painted floral decoration featuring a central saz leaf, roses, and tulips. The rim is adorned with alternating motifs of "rocks" and "breaking waves". Painted on a white ground in cobalt blue, green, raised red, and black outlines. The reverse side bears vegetal motifs. Minor repairs to parts of the rim that do not affect the central design. Occasional restoration and enhancement of the red color.
