Russian wood and gilt-silver Mother of God icon. Mary's robes and headpiece are composed from seed pearls while her halo is decorated with colored glass placements. The lot is stamped with the makers mark, 84 silver, and date 1849. Dimensions: 12 1/2 x 10 3/4 x 1 1/4 inches.
