Turkish crocheted and silk embroidered cover. The central field of the textile features traditional Turkish motifs of large blossoms embroidered in silk in alternating bands. The cover is charmingly edged by scalloped crochetwork. The piece is backed by a dusty rose silk cloth. 19th century. Dimensions: 64 x 78 inches.
