Collection of Chinese Straits Silver Jewellery. Dates late 19th through to 20th Century period. Fine filigree silver floral work, Straits Chinese bride wedding necklace. L: 90 cm. Fine filigree silver and paste set neck, or collar ornament, decorated with auspicious insects and peacock, mounted on silk backing. H: 38 cm. Repouse silver buckle depicting the eight immortals with floral work and exotic animals. W: 16 cm. 3 x silver gilt bridal ornaments decorated with repousse and pierced silver embellishments. 6 x silver hair pins. L: 9.8 - 14.3 cm. Total Combined Weight: 837 grams.
