Early 18th C. English Tall Clock, Signed "Lewis Ferron, London" (Lewis Ferron, English, Active 1720-1749). Eight-day weight driven time and strike movement with hour, minute, sub seconds dial and date, silent -strike complication. Silvered Roman Numeral radial dial with gilt ormalu decoration. Pagoda style bonnet and case with hand painted with highly detailed chinoiserie decoration. Good working condition withperiod weights and pendulum, case with scattered losses, finish with some losses and craqueleur. Clock measures: 92" H x 20" W x 9" D
