Italian Wheelock Blunderbuss w folding stock (C 1630). The blunderbuss is a muzzle-loading firearm with a short, large caliber barrel, which is flared at the muzzle and used with shot and other projectiles of relevant quantity or caliber. Hand-engraved, raised portrait of a woman, grotesque face on trigger guard and plate, cornucopia on butt-plate which reaches up and over to top of stock.
