Artist: Nico Vrielink Title: Japanese Temple Size: 38" x 27" Edition : Publisher Proof Medium: Lithograph Year: 1988 Artist Biography: Nico Vrielink was born in 1958 in Reusel in the south part of the Netherlands. He was educated at the Academie of Art in Belgium to become a teacher. But teaching wasn't his cup of tea and in 1984 he began working as an artist. A year later, in 1985, Nico met his wife, Jeane, Singapore. It was love at first sight and since the day he started painting her, he never stopped doing so. By this time Nico has made more than 4,000 paintings of Jeane. He has had expositions of his work all over the world for 16 years.
