Thereof one is slightly trimmed in the upper and lower margin. Another sheet is slightly discolored in the margins with a crease in the upper right corner and pin holes in both upper corners. There are traces of mildew on the reverse. The overall impressions of the images are good. The various frames display slight to somewhat stronger sings of age and use. The plate dimensions are from 15.3 x 11.3 cm to 59 x 61 cm, the sheets measure from 27 x 20 cm to 78 x 53 cm. The framed dimensions are from 30 x 12.2 cm to 81 x 61 cm.  Bruce Onobrakepeya (b. 1932) During his high school years the Nigerian artist Bruce Onobrakepeya visited drawing courses at the British Council Art Club in Benin City. After leaving school he worked as an art teacher until he began his art studies at the Nigerian College of Arts, Science and Technology in 1957. In 1962 he received his diploma. He then taught for several years at St. Gregory's College in Lagos. Onobrakepeya is particularly interested in printmaking. He attended several workshops in Nigeria and the United States and developed experimentally individual printing techniques. Onobrakepeyas works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions worldwide, including at the Tate Modern in London, the National Museum of African Art at the Smithsonian Institut in Washington and the Malmö Konsthall.
