It is in overall good condition. The sheet is mounted to a support on the reverse. The frame is in good condition with slight signs of use. The sheet-sized image measures 107 x 75.7 cm. The framed dimensions are 117 x 85.2 cm. Helmut Middendorf (b. 1953) Helmut Middendorf, born in 1953 in Dinklage, works and lives in Berlin and Athens today. He studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. He was among the founders of the Galerie am Moritzplatz in Berlin, the birthplace of the art movement Neue Wilde. He teached video and experimental film making at the Berlin University of the Arts. A DAAD scholarship enabled him a study trip to Ney York City in 1980.
