Helmut Middendorf (b. 1953) Helmut Middendorf, born in 1953 in Dinklage, works and lives in Berlin and Athens today. He studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. He was among the founders of the Galerie am Moritzplatz in Berlin, the birthplace of the art movement Neue Wilde. He taught video and experimental film making at the Berlin University of the Arts.
