A framed etching by Sir Francis Seymour Haden entitled "Windmill Hill No. 2". Most recently exhibited at the Shemer Art Center, Phoenix. Haden was born in London and studied to be a surgeon and is a self-taught artist. He became fascinated by historical engravings and etchings and brought about an etching revival in England. He specialized in landscape etchings. Pencil signed lower left. Image measures approximately 5.875" x 8.875".
