Carl Rungius OUT OF THE CANYON (C. 39) Etching and drypoint, 1937, signed in pencil, pale timestain and matstain, old paper tape at top sheet corners verso, some unobtrusive handling creases, two soft diagonal creases at top left sheet corner, a small foxing spot in the image top right, a few small foxing spots in the margins, a small area of old gluestaining at bottom sheet edge (showing through to recto), otherwise in good condition, with (full?) margins. 8 x 11 inches; 203 x 279 mm. Sheet 10 3/4 x 14 1/4 inches; 273 x 362 mm. Provenance: Descended through the family of the artist to the artist's niece, Ruth Fulda Wacker
