Photographs vary in size, approx. 8.5x14 cm (3¼x5½”) in 29x37 cm (11x14½”) album, contemporary cloth. Album documenting a trip through British Columbia and the Yukon into Alaska, stopping at Skagway and taking a ferry to Admiralty Island, where a few men fish and hunt. Men are identified as C.E.H. [Charles Edward Herman], chairman of Reliance Whiting Co., and Bill [W.H. Englemann]. In Skagway, it seems the men spent some time with companions Betty and Midge, and enjoyed life in the town. Images document hiking through glaciers, fishing for salmon, hunting eagles, and many views of the surrounding areas.
