(see the previous lot for the companion piece) This is a fantastic circa 109 year old cabinet or mounted photographs of famous American pioneer aviator George A. Gray and his Wright brothers Model B airplane. Two very happy ladies can be seen posing in the plane. In addition to the companion cabinet photo we've just listed before this, we have also listed a group of real photo postcards of Gray, one signed and another inscribed and actually sent by him, and a rare signed copy of his book "UP". All of our photos are original "Type 1" unless otherwise noted. Type 1 photographs are both taken and printed in the same year unlike later prints that are so often sold as "original".
