Photographer: attributed to August Kotzsch (1836 - 1910) and unknown. Nature studies. 1860s - 1890s. 10 albumen prints and 1 salt print. Various sizes between circa 15 x 22 cm and 20 x 27 cm. Some mounted to board.Very diverse group of attractive nature studies including clouds, seascapes, forests and parks. The cloud studies and several forest and plant studies can be attributed to August Kotzsch. – Some handling/crease marks, some surface scuff marks, a few with small tears in edges and stains, some with foxing, otherwise several strong prints in good to very good condition.Lit.: E.
