Portrait of a Sicilian youth; Same youth playing a guitar. 1890s. 2 albumen prints. 22,5 x 16,9 cm. Both with photographer's W. v. Gloeden, Taormina, Sicilia (depose.) stamp and number 434 B and 418 B in pencil on the verso. First print with some handling/crease marks, stronger crease in upper right corner, slight stain in upper edge and small loss in emulsion layer lower left near edge; second print slightly time-stained in edges and stain from tape in upper edge, a few light handling marks, traces of previous mounting on the verso, otherwise in good condition.
