Nude boy with dog. Circa 1900/ printed 1906. Matte sepia-toned gelatin silver print on strong vellum paper. 24,2 x 18 cm. Signed and dated by the photographer in ink in lower left corner; number 270 date in pencil on the verso. The dog in this image was Wilhelm von Gloeden's own dog Nedda. - Slightly faded in edges, some light soiling in upper portion, small retouched spot near dog's nose, otherwise in good condition.
