Jiri Kolar (1914-2002) Untitled (two works), 1984 two colour printed cards adhered together, the front a tourist image of Paris with the centre cut out in the shape of the Eiffel tower, to reveal the card underneath depicting a detail from Rembrandt's 'Woman Bathing in a Stream' (1654), signed with the artist's intitals JK and dated '84 at lower right, stamped verso with the date of production '13 Nov 1984' in red ink, 11 x 8 in., 28 x 20.3 cm with another work comprsing two postcards adhered together, the upper a view of Paris with the Eiffel tower cut out to reveal the under card depicting a detail from Jasper Johns' 'Numbers in Colour' (1959), signed and dated on the reverse Exhibited: Oxford, Museum of Modern Art, Jiri Kolar: Diary 1968, 7 Oct - 2 Dec 1984.
