BIO (German 1846 - 1919) Fine 19th Century oil on canvas depicting a young woman seated next to a spinning wheel. Signed 'Wilhelm Hasselbach Munchen' LR. SIZE: 24 x 17" Overall 28 x22". Housed in gilt wood frame. CONDITION: Very good overall. Painting still bright & vibrant. Modest wear in isolated areas, very light craquelure. BIO: Known for his portraits & genre scenes following the theme of Munich painters. His works have been exhibited in the German Royal Palace and purchased through Auctions.
