Abraham van der Eyk, Nachfolge 1684 Leiden - 1726 ebenda Portrait of a lady and a gentleman with a maid The portrait of the gentleman with handwritten inscription "Sammlung Baron Westenholz. Sal. 3 Schlos" and with a wax seal on the stretcher. Oil on canvas. Each approx. 35.5 x 29.5 cm. Restored. Damage to frame (each approx. 43 x 37 cm). Abraham van der Eyk schuf die Vorbilder für die beiden angebotenen, sehr qualitätvollen Kopien im Jahr 1709. Diese befinden sich im Statens Museum for Kunst, Kopenhagen (Inv.-Nr. KMSsp683 und KMSsp682, dort Maße je 33,5 x 27,5 cm). Provenienz: from the estate of a collector, South Germany.
