1939 Francis Golden watercolor. signed F Golden lower right. Inscribed on back Francis Golden (son of Emma and Frank Golden-Adams). Fran went to art school in Boston with me, he gave me this picture for my wedding present. He later became a commercial artist in NY and would often send us beautiful ski posters for our sporting goods stores. This picture was painted at his house on the East Rd and you can see Mt. Greylock in the distance (1939 or before). For Marcia Viate Bolster. She and Ma used to walk up to Goldens. Excellent condition. Art measures 11" x 12.75", frame measures 17.5" x 21.5".
