LOUISE UPTON BRUMBACK (NY/MO/MA, 1867-1929) Coastal Scene with Dock and Small Sailboats, oil on canvas, signed lower left. In gold molded cove frame. Brumback participated in eleven annual exhibitions at the National Academy of Design from 1905 until 1920, and would also show at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Society of Independent Artists
