Famous colorful image of the mythological hero preparing to behead the three sleeping Gorgons. Unsigned. Sight approximately 15 ¼ x 10 ½”. Matted and framed under plexiglass. Frame size approximately 21 x 17”. Light edgewear visible on watercolor. Fine. Scheiner was a painter of the Secessionist style and is famous for his magazine and book illustrations.
