Painter Anna Silabrama ( b. 1981) paints flowers, but creates feelings. Her paintings resemble the old masters' understanding of color and composition. Simple but profound. According to Anna herself, becoming an artist was pretty easy. Paints, brushes, canvases and pencils always surrounded her since early childhood. After graduating Master's degree from the Latvian Academy of Arts in 2007, she made several solo shows and participated in numerous group exhibitions. Besides the fact that Anna creates paintings, makes copies for orders and decorative wall-painting, she also teaches others to draw by leading private lessons.
