Rhode Island,Contemporary Abstract depiction of a green glass bottle set on a table by apples and various items beneath a single bare light bulb around. Frazer graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and is now working as a professor in the school's painting department. As an undergraduate, Frazer was chosen to participate in the RISD European Honors Program where he went to Holland and Italy where he spent most of his stay. As a professor, he became the first alumni to become the Chief Critic and professor in residence to the RISD Rome Program.
