Victor Huggins (Virginia/North Carolina, 1936-2007) Modernist acrylic on canvas landscape painting depicting a field with trees against a mountain range, the majority of the scene encompassed by an early morning sky. Signed "V. Huggins" lower right. Additionally signed and dated "V. Huggins 1977", en verso of canvas. Float mounted and housed in a wooden frame with gilt trim. Canvas: 8 1/8" H x 16 1/8" W. Framed: 9 5/8" H x 17 1/2" W.
