Fran Di Giacomo "THE DREAMCATCHER" 30X40 This painting is part of my Weathered Door Series. This new collection reveals the mystical beauty of nature when wood is transformed by wind, weather, and time. During the summers, our family met in Napa and enjoyed touring the wineries. This image was inspired by some of the wooden cabinetry built into the outdoor tasting area of a vineyard up in the mountains. It was designed to replicate vintage woodwork, complete with rough, hammered metal.
