View on the harbour of Enkhuizen with the Drommedaris Signed l.r. Oil on canvas, 30.5 x 51 cm N.B.: The Drommedaris, also known as the Zuiderpoort or Ketenpoort, is the southern city gate of Enkhuizen. The remarkable gate was built in 1540 and strategically placed near the entrance of the old harbour.
