19th/ early 20th C. art, four pieces: Wallace Nutting (American, 1861-1941), "A Highland Pool", hand-tinted photograph, pencil signed LR, minor water damage UR, possible isolated areas of retouching, matted and framed behind glass, ss: 7 3/8" h. x 9 1/4" w.; two oils on canvas board, first of black grapes and pear, second depicting cherries, both with minor and isolated flaking and paint loss; along with watercolor on paper, still life of apple, c. 1875, attributed to Harriet "Hattie" Morse March (Litchfield, Conn., 19th C.), genealogical inscription to paper backing verso, light toning, chipped glass not visible beneath frame LL, framed behind glass, ss: 5 1/2" h. x 3 5/8" w., none examined out of frames.
