A black and red aerosol stencil on cardboard depicting a young girl hugging an aerial bomb, with the caption "NO." The stencil was created by Banksy for the London portion of the international anti-war protest which took place on February 15, 2003, and is believed to be the largest anti-war rally in human history. Banksy executed several variations of this image, one of which is documented on page 54 of the Steve Wright book Banksy’s Bristol: Home Sweet Home (Tangent Books, 2009). A copy of the book accompanies this lot. <span style="font-size: 12px;">37 by 21 1/2 inches</span>
