An original framed oil on canvas painting and framed behind glass hand-colored etching by listed artist William H Bartlett (1809 - 1854). Each depicts the Viaduct on Baltimore & Washington Railroad, the etching coming from the book "Barlett's American Scenery," copyright 1839. Painting measures 8.75" x 15.75" with frame 13" x 20" x 2". Etching measures 5.75" x 7.5" with frame 11.75" x 13.75" x 1". Total weight of pair approximately 3 lbs.
