Watercolour and chalk on chamois-coloured laid paper 50/50.5 x 59.1 cm, framed under glass. Signed and dated 'Heckel 26' in pencil lower right and titled 'Hügel bei Nimes' in pencil lower left. Verso additionally titled 'Gärten bei Nimes' in pencil lower left. - Some slight traces of creases along the edges and with a few inconspicuous marginal tears, partly backed with paper tape. Otherwise in good condition with fresh colours.
