Our thanks to Dennis Reid for the attribution. KRIEGHOFF, CORNELIUS DAVID (ZUGESCHRIEBEN) (Amsterdam 1815 - 1872 Chicago) Küstenlandschaft bei Mondschein. Öl auf Leinwand. Unten mittig signiert: C. Krieghoff. 30 x 41,5 cm. Wahrscheinlich entstand das Gemälde in dem Zeitraum von 1863 bis 1870, als Krieghoff zurück nach Europa reiste und sich im Norden Bayerns aufhielt. Wir danken Dennis Reid für die Bestätigung der Zuschreibung an Cornelis David Krieghoff.
