Oil and coffee grounds on pressboard 54 x 65 cm, framed. Monogrammed and dated (scratched) 'GHK (ligated) 57' lower right. The reverse of frame signed twice 'KERN'. - Some surface dust and outer margin with slight paint loss due to framing. An early work by Georg Baselitz (then Hans-Georg Kern) created when he was a student at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee.We are grateful to Detlev Gretenkort, Atelier Georg Baselitz, for the helpful information.
