작품 상세

Ink on paper drawing by Ernesto Deira, 1928 to 1986, an Argentine artist associated with the Nueva Figuracion, New Figuration movement in Latin America which called for a return to figurative art, rejecting both abstraction and traditional forms of representation. Deiras own style was highly expressive, linear, and often grotesque. This lot is a fine example of the artists pictorial manner, it represents two abstract figures in profile. Signed by the artist in the lower left. Undated. Collectible Mid Century Graphic Art.
