DESCRIPTION: Arturo Rodriguez (Cuba, 1956 ) Ink Drawing Of A Man. Signed and dated 1983 on bottom left corner. Arturo Rodríguez was born in Las Villas, Cuba, in 1956. He emigrated to Spain in 1973, where he first began exhibition, and later permanently reolcated to Miami. Since leaving Cuba, exile has been a prominent theme in his work. Works by Arturo Rodríguez have been in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; the Jerusalem Museum, Israel; and The Norton Museum, West Palm Beach, Florida, among others.
